The consultants within STMC have serviced small businesses to Fortune 500 companies since 1985, addressing leadership development, succession planning and assessment needs. Our established experts apply a personalized approach and delve into businesses’ goals and personnel specifics to thoroughly understand how to best improve upon company assets and fill key gaps. Through a combination of climate and organizational assessments, interviews, feedback sessions, executive leadership coaching, and follow-up meetings, we get optimized feedback and implement tailored strategies for companies with 500-10,000 employees throughout greater Chicago and Milwaukee.

Steven M. Yousha, Psy.D.

Chief Consultant

Dr. Steve Yousha has been consulting on organizational and leadership development since 1990, and couples this with a management and counseling background. His unique expertise allows for quick and accurate assessments with a broad offering of in-depth solutions. Dr. Yousha uses a variety of standardized assessment instruments, including those available only to licensed practitioners, and is also certified in Lominger® VoicesTM and MRG® Suite products.

Dr. Yousha believes that dealing with fewer companies in a richer and more tailored way beats the “one-size-fits-all” mentality offered by many. He believes that when we can get the pulse of an organization, we can best hone in on what makes for exceptional leadership for the business’s culture and its current and future needs.

He is published in the area of skill enhancement in organizations, focusing on programs to increase effectiveness in stressful work conditions. He earned his undergraduate and master degrees at the Florida State University and received his doctorate at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

Steven Feinberg, Ph.D.

Management Consultant

Dr. Steven Feinberg is a Senior Consultant who has worked in the field since 1985. Dr. Feinberg was previously a partner with a Chicago-based firm specializing in Strategic Talent Management.

His background extends into academic and professional involvement in the fields of psychology, counseling, career development, organizational behavior and business. Dr. Feinberg drives on the principle that the more he can learn about the culture, operating philosophy, and major forces that exist within client companies, the better he can tailor his efforts to address specific and unique client needs.

He has consulted with a broad spectrum of companies, ranging from small to large professional service firms and multinational manufacturing organizations.

Dr. Feinberg earned his doctorate at Syracuse University. He served on the faculty of Bowling Green State University where he taught, designed programs and provided counseling in the areas of personal and career development. He also served as an organizational consultant to various university departments and numerous outside companies.
